Cancellation Policy
At NEVARKA, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. However, we understand that there may be situations where a customer needs to cancel an order. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the cancellation process, timeframes, and conditions.
Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing their order. This short window ensures that we can process and fulfill orders efficiently while still allowing flexibility for customers who may have changed their minds.
Once the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, the order will be automatically processed for fulfillment and shipment. At this stage, cancellation is no longer possible.
How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellations are processed based on the time the request is submitted, not when it is read by our team. We highly recommend including the order number, full name, and contact details in the request for faster processing.
If the request is made outside our support hours, the cancellation will be reviewed as soon as our team is available. However, if the order has already been processed by that time, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Late Cancellation Requests
If a cancellation request is made after the 2-hour window, the order may already be in the processing or shipping stage. In such cases, we regret that we will be unable to cancel the order. Instead, the customer can proceed with one of the following options:
Wait for the order to be delivered and then initiate a return, following our Return & Refund Policy.
Refuse delivery if the package has already been shipped. However, this may result in delays in processing the return and refund.
Non-Cancelable Orders
Orders that have already entered the shipping stage cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Once the item is dispatched, it is the customer's responsibility to receive and return the product if necessary.
Additionally, certain product categories may not be eligible for cancellation due to their nature. These include:
Personalized or custom-made items.
Limited edition or promotional items.
Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved within the 2-hour timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider. Generally, refunds are processed within:
10 days on average Up to 20 days in rare cases, depending on the banking institution.
If the refund does not appear in the account after the estimated timeframe, customers should contact their bank for further assistance.
Prevention
NEVARKA reserves the right to cancel any order if:
The payment method cannot be verified or has failed multiple times.
The billing or shipping information appears incomplete or suspicious.
The transaction is flagged for potential fraud.
The item ordered is out of stock or unavailable (in which case, the customer will be fully refunded).
If an order is canceled by NEVARKA, the customer will be notified via email with the reason for cancellation and any further steps, if applicable.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to review their order details carefully before completing a purchase. This includes verifying the items, quantity, payment method, and shipping address. Mistakes in these details may result in an inability to cancel or modify the order later.
