Shipping & Delivery
1.Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, NEVARKA offers free shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not ship overseas at this time.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our order processing time is 1 to 4 business days, followed by a shipping period of 5 to 12 business days. Therefore, you can expect your order to arrive within 6 to 16 business days from the date of purchase.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through our tracking portal.
Orders & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. To do so, please contact our customer support team promptly. After this window, the order will proceed to processing, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
2. What if I need to change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within the 2-hour cancellation window. After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as the order may have already been processed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
Opened or used products cannot be returned.
2. How do I initiate a return?
To start the return process:
- Contact our customer support team at support@nevarka.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Form and detailed instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the authorization form, and ship it to the address provided.
3. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, NEVARKA will cover the return shipping expenses.
4. When will I receive my refund?
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days on average.
Products & Availability
Are all products in stock?
While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, occasionally, items may become unavailable. If a product you've ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.
2. Do you offer product exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
